Gmail accounts blocked

It seems that Google started to block Gmail accounts bought at Ebay. Still I do not understand why people are paying for free account.

If you frequently send mails to more than one person a good idea is to create a group of contacts. You can do it this way: create new contact and paste all mails you want in this pattern: address1>,,

Unused invite

Did you send an invite but the recipient haven't used it yet? If the invite is still valid (it expires after three weeks) you can give it to another person. Just go to Sent Mail, open your invite message and copy the invite link with all those numbers and strange characters. Now you can compose another message, paste the link and send it. Gmail account will be created by clicking it. Remember that this won't extend validity of the invitation link. BTW: how can you know that someone used your invite and created Gmail account? It is very simple. You will receive a confirmation message and your friends email address automatically.

Gmail address variations

Your Gmail address can look like this: a.ddress@gmail.com, ad.dress@gmail.com, a.ddre.ss@gmail.com etc. Gmail ignores all dots in the username. But if you registered Gmail account with dots in the username you have to log in to Gmail this way. Also there is another trick with addressing. Your username can look like this: username+newsletter@gmail.com. It is good way of sorting your mails. Just create label Newsletter, then create a filter which will recognize username+newsletter and automatically label and archive it. It is very helpful. Unfortunately you can't sign up with "+" everywhere...

Another tool for Gmail users. This time it is called Gmail Agent. It supports multiple Gmail accounts and will help in importing contacts.

From today importing of contacts is possible. All you need is correctly formatted table saved as CSV file.
