Gmail and POP pt. 2

From today also my account supports POP3. I configured Thunderbird as explained in the instruction. Downloading and sending of messages is working. I have troubles in downloading all my mails because messages are send in batches. In my tests I could download just 560 headers (I haven't dowloaded complete messages). Next time server sent few more and then stopped with "No new mails" message. It is of course not true. Last mail header downloaded by Thunderbird is from August. After few hours server is giving me the same message. I noticed that few mails have changed date. Messages in Spam and Trash folders haven't been downloaded.
